Had a great time at Intercontinental Baku! The breakfast spread was amazing, especially the gluten-free options. The indoor pool was a nice touch, too. Just wish the towels were cleaner and the room a bit darker during the day. a fantastic experience!

after arriving to a room with a twin bed instead of the king I requested, I was forced to move to a noise-filled connecting room. how charming! also, when showering, the water spilled everywhere, making it quite the adventure, unfortunately, not the good kind. Stunning atmosphere, exceptional service, with a convenient location near the airport that made it easy for us to catch our flight. we loved the relaxing indoor swimming pool and the delicious breakfast options, including gluten-free choices that were thoughtfully prepared for my dietary needs.

i’d recommend limiting young children in the club lounge for a more peaceful experience.
